Despite beginning his career in law, writing above-the-line agreements for major motion pictures, due to his undying lifelong passion for all things sonic, Zach has served almost every cross-functional operational, business, product and marketing roles in the live, recorded, DSP, and software/hardware sides of the music industry over the past 13 years. Zach now leads M&A integration at Create Music Group for corporate label and catalog acquisitions working directly with labels and internal teams, practicing the dark arts of M&A integration science to ensure independent labels enjoy continued success and further growth within the Create label ecosystem.
