Where do I go when I arrive?
Upon arrival, head to the Garden for registration.
From there, take the Garden lift to the CULTURE, TRENDS & TECHNOLOGY ROOM. For the ARTIST & CAREER DEVELOPMENT ROOM, use the lift or stairs from the lobby.
What time is last entry?
Last entry is at 6.30PM
Do you have parking on site?
Paid event parking will be available for $25. For attendees who prefer not to valet, nearby self-parking garages are located at Hollywood & Vine and Hollywood & Argyle, both within a short walk.
How can I get a welcome bag?
The first 100 attendees to check in will receive a welcome bag, so arrive early to make sure you don’t miss out.
Is there an official Beatport Connect LA afterparty?
Yes. Keep the night going at the Official Beatport Connect LA Afterparty at Sound with Sparrow (CH) & Kasango from 10PM on September 25.
Beatport Connect LA guests can register here for free entry before 11PM. Space is limited and registration is required to attend.

Your Beatport Connect LA ticket includes access to a full day conference taking place at the W Hollywood. You also receive access to an industry mixer and any official associated events.
Will food and drinks be available?
Food and beverage options will be available at W Hollywood throughout the day.
You can dine with in the Living Room and The Garden. Reservations can be made via OpenTable.

I can’t attend Beatport Connect LA anymore, can I get a refund?
We cannot process refunds but you can change the name on a registered ticket by September 5th via Beatport Ticketing. This will be located in the order link you receive in your email.
