Moody Jones is a music executive, artist, and cultural strategist currently serving as President of Dirtybird Records and General Manager of EMPIRE Dance, where he oversees a growing global ecosystem of artists, labels, releases, and partnerships across electronic music.

At EMPIRE, Moody has helped build and expand the company’s dance division, working across more than 60 artists and label partners while developing new platforms for independent electronic music to scale globally. As President of Dirtybird, he leads the next chapter of one of dance music’s most influential independent brands, spanning recorded music, live events, community, merchandise, and cultural partnerships.

This year, Moody contributed to major chart success including the #1 Dance Album with Bebe Rexha and the #1 song on Dance Radio with Aluna, further cementing his impact across both mainstream and underground dance culture. He is currently working closely with artists including Rochelle Jordan, The Martinez Brothers, and Francis Mercier, continuing to bridge global talent with forward-thinking label strategy and cultural development.
