Max Weinberg is an entertainment industry executive who has spent his 15+ year career mixing his professional career in music, media, and marketing with his passion for technology, innovation and disruption. Always with the intention to advance and amplify the impact of artists, he’s held senior positions at major record labels and management verticals where he’s led campaigns that have pushed the envelope for the pop, rock, dance, and alternative genres.  Since January 2021, Max has been the VP of Marketing for Interscope Records where he works with groundbreaking artists such as mgk and DJ Snake. In the role, he works as a strategy nucleus for his artists to product manage all things related to marketing, promotion, international, digital, fan engagement, among others. He’s worked on global releases such as DJ Snake’s “Taki Taki” which has amassed more than 17 billion combined streams and almost 50 million track equivalent units sold. He’s also been a part of Machine Gun Kelly’s albums – Tickets To My Downfall and Mainstream Sellout – both of which went on to debut at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart. Prior to this, he was the Head of Marketing at the relaunched Geffen Records where he oversaw artists such as  Avicii, Yungblud, Jacob Collier and Mura Masa. Previous to that, Max was VP of Digital at Control Music Group, a collective of management and media companies. There, he worked with a wide variety of artists and media entities including Phoenix, Dada Life, Tiësto, Bingo Players, Hudson Mohawke, Tritonal and Thump (the electronic channel of Vice), among many others.
