Maddy is a a music marketing, management & A&R executive with 18 years experience across independent music, labels, artist management, artist liaison and corporate brands. She is currently VP A&R in North America for Ninja Tune, one of the world's premier record labels.

Maddy also co-manages manage Bonobo, a 7 x Grammy nominated and artist with over 2.7 billion streams collectively, who has also been nominated for BRIT Awards and has hit #3 on Billboard’s Top Dance / Electronic Albums chart.

In 2020 Maddy co-founded SOS Music, a label and collective which focuses on elevating emerging gender minority artists. The label has received various critical acclaim and accolades.

Maddy is also an esteemed DJ and occasional producer with a regular show on DUBLAB and a 2026 KCRW Dance residency. She has performed at festivals including Coachella, Glastonbury, EDC, Portola, Lost Village and Hard Fest.
