Lauren Goshinski is the Executive Director of dublab, and a DJ and cultural producer working across music, media, and civic life. Throughout her career, she has worked to expand who is heard, supported, and represented—onstage and behind the scenes—championing artists and scenes outside traditional centers while forging connections across genre, geography, and artistic forms. She founded the influential VIA Festival and directed New Forms Festival, and has served on the board of Resident Advisor and as a mentor for NIVA and artist incubators including NEW INC at the New Museum. Her nightlife advocacy includes work with VibeLab and NYC’s Office of Nightlife. Across her practice, Goshinski approaches music as civic infrastructure: connecting communities, sustaining creative economies, and building more resilient cultural ecosystems.
