Los Angeles born and raised Anthony Baca started his career in the music business as the manager for trend-setting acts including Moore Kismet (Billboard 21 Under 21 Artists three years in a row), GRAVEDGR, Rome in Silver and Whipped Cream, among others. He joined top management firm Prodigy Artists in 2019 and worked with them until 2023.

Anthony signed Moore Kismet to Thrive Music in 2021. Soon after he joined the label as a part-time A&R scout and quickly developed a passion for A&R from the label side. Anthony first came across Acraze’s “Do It To It” in demo form and brought it to the label. “Do It To It" became a global moment and the biggest dance record of the decade so far, having just reached over 1,000,000,000 Spotify streams.

Anthony was named VP of A&R for Thrive Music in 2025. Another noteable signing was the viral global hit “Rule the World”, from Tiesto, GUDFELLA and Niiko x Swae. GUDFELLA was Anthony’s first long term signing to Thrive. He recently released one of the top club records of 2026, “Morning Coffee.”  

Other recent highlights include, Disco Lines “back2u”, Avello’s “Electric Love”, Juos’ “Sideman ft. Techno Tupac”, Kamino’s Beatport #1 “U Should Be Dancing”, and Broken Hill’s current global club heater “WTF”.

In October 2025, Anthony led the launch of House Rules Records, a Thrive Music imprint with a focus on the sounds and artists defining today’s dancefloors. In less than a year, House Rules Records is one of Beatport’s Top 5 Fastest Growing Labels.
