Ronny Ho is the Head of Dance & Electronic at Spotify, where she leads audience growth and engagement, oversees curation and programming, and develops innovative programs across the diverse array of dance and electronic genres. She also programs and develops content initiatives to discover, foster and build the Asian & AAPI creator community. Previously at Spotify, she was on the Artist & Label Services team and the Business Development team. Outside of work, she co-founded Her Dancefloor community and is on the board for Femme House. She is also a member of the Asian American Collective community.
