Julia Fugazy is the founder of Doris Joyce Artists (DJA), an independent artist management company dedicated to building sustainable global careers in electronic music. Over the past decade, she has developed expertise across artist management, marketing, talent buying, hospitality, operations, and event production, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the modern music business from both the artist and industry perspective.

Beginning her career in New York's music scene at just 15 years old, Fugazy has since worked across nearly every facet of the industry while cultivating an international network. She holds a Master's degree in Music Business from the University of Miami and was named Manager of the Year at the 2025 FEMMY Awards. Through DJA, she currently represents globally recognized electronic artists Bedouin, Diass, and Scarlett O'Malley, with a focus on long-term career development, strategic growth, and building meaningful artist brands in an increasingly global marketplace.
